Details for Xiaomi's upcoming Mi Pad 5 series have been trickling in the last few weeks. For instance, it's suggested that the device will come with the new Snapdragon 860 chipset. Now, sources have found evidence that it will have stylus support.

According to ITHome, an engineering diagram for a Xiaomi K82_CMF tablet was leaked online. This is supposed to be the model number for the Mi Pad 5 and the visual in the diagram corresponds with renders previously found. As you can see, it shows us the rear camera, USB-C connector, quad speakers, and more.

The interesting bits can be found on the two sides of the tablet. On the left, the Mi Pad 5 will feature the Pogo pin, which is most likely for docking with the rumoured keyboard cover. The diagram also reveals that there's a charging dock for a stylus on the right side. If that's true, then we can expect this model to be bundled with a stylus.

From the description, it's clear that Xiaomi wants this tablet to be a laptop replacement. As such, we might see some features that help with work productivity. For confirmation on that, do stay tuned to TechNave.com for further updates.
