Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will reportedly feature SD 8 Gen 2 SoC and a 144Hz display

It looks like Xiaomi is already in the midst of manufacturing the successor to the Xiaomi Pad 6 series as information on the upcoming tablet was spotted inside their codes. This also reveals some of the specs of the Pad 7 Pro, which you can find out more about below. 

Spotted by GSMChina, the Mi Code revealed that the tablet has the codename “Sheng” and has the model number N81A. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 of the Pad 6 Pro.

Screen-wise, it’s touted to feature a 10-inch 144Hz LCD panel with a resolution of 1480 x 2367 pixels. Other specs revealed include quad speakers, a dual-camera at the back and a single selfie shooter.
