Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, which is not available locally can be bought on Shopee or Lazada starting from RM869

While the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is not officially available in Malaysia, the device can be bought from Lazada or Shopee with the cheapest starting RM869 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage while the 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 64GB variants are going for RM999 and RM1129 respectively. Do take note that these devices are international units, so don’t be surprised that there are differences such as the lack of Google Play support, limited warranty as well as a different charging adapter.

We expect the official Malaysian release of the Redmi Note 7 to be a few weeks after Chinese New Year, but don’t take our word for it. In terms of the tech specs, the device is running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, up to 6GB of RAM, up to 64GB of internal storage, 48MP + 5MP rear camera, 13MP front-facing selfie camera, 6.3-inch display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and it is powered by a 4000mAh non-removable battery.
