To start off the week, Xiaomi Malaysia launched eight new smart home products which include the brand new Xiaomi Smart TV A2 Series. There are three models, the 32", 43" and the biggest one of them all, 58" from a starting price of RM999.
According to Xiaomi Malaysia, the new Smart TV A2 Series supports voice-automated AIoT connectivity, high-end audio and visual specs, and built-in access to all the latest content globally. Also built with a sleek unibody metal frame with double stands, the Smart TV A2 Series are nearly bezel-less.
Then for the Smart TV A2 58" model, it features a premium 4K ultra-high definition display with Dolby Vision, an ultrawide 178° field of view, as well as high-definition multidimensional surround sound from Dolby Audio and DTS-HD. Moreover, it also comes with a built-in Google Assistant.
As expected, it is an Android TV so the Smart TV A2 Series offers instant access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and other apps that you can download from the Google Play Store. The TV also features Chromecast, a built-in tool in which users can cast content from smartphones, tablets, or laptops directly onto the TV.
As a promotion for launching the Smart TV A2 Series, there is a discount for the 32" and 48". At the price of RM999 and RM1299, you can purchase them for RM799 and RM1099 respectively. The 58" price tag remains the same but getting it will come bundled with a free 23.8" desktop monitor. The 32"s availability will be announced soon, whereas the other two TV models will launch on 9 September 2002 in every Xiaomi Store, as well as its online store on Lazada and Shopee.
