Last night, Xiaomi also announced some wearables and there's a new Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro. So what's new with the pro variant? Well, strap in and check out the company's latest smartwatch.
Compared with the Xiaomi Watch S1 Active, the Watch S1 Pro is quite similar to the Watch S1. It has the same sapphire glass mirror and stainless steel body design. However, the straps are leather-made but you can also choose fluoroelastomer and stainless steel ones. The screen size is just slightly bigger at 1.47-inches.
Speaking of the screen size, the smartwatch has 480 x 480 pixels, 600 nit brightness and over 100 watch faces. There are also over 100+ sports modes and is equipped with a dual-band GNSS system. Moreover, you can expect a heart rate monitor, sleep monitor, stress monitor, skin temperature and low blood oxygen detector.
As a smartwatch, it can do other things thing. This includes Bluetooth networking calling and pairing up with a wide variety of Xiaomi smart devices via Miaoxiang Centre such as a Xiaomi Smart TV and smart speakers. Xiaomi also said the battery life can last up to 14 days thanks to the 12nm processor.
The Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro is priced at 1499 (~RM986) and we think there's a good chance that it may come to the Malaysian market. For reference, the Xiaomi Watch S1 is RM899 in Malaysia so expect it to be a bit higher if it comes. Stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
