Although Malaysians are spoiled by monthly sales these days, Merdeka Day will probably remain one of the holidays that will invite the biggest deals. Huawei, realme, Celcom, and MSI have all announced special deals for the month. Now, we get to add Xiaomi to the mix.
Xiaomi has named it "64th Merdeka with Mi", a campaign that allows Malaysians to enjoy special deals and get extra gifts when purchasing selected Xiaomi devices. For example, you can buy a Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro or Redmi Note 10S and get a mystery gift to go with it. Buying those models will also entitle you to discounts on a 20000mAh power bank or Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2.
Besides the special deals, you can also enter a special giveaway when purchasing the selected Xiaomi products during the campaign period. The grand prize is a 55-inch Xiaomi Mi TV P1, followed by Touch 'n Go reload PINs worth RM1000 and RM500. You can check out the campaign site for more details about the giveaway.
Before we forget, the Redmi 10 is officially available today too. The new mid-range smartphone packs a Helio G88 chipset, up to 6GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of storage. It's also got a substantial 5000mAh battery, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a quad-camera (50MP+8MP+2MP+2MP) setup.
