Xiaomi has recently announced the launch of the Mi Play in China for the price of RMB1099(~RM664) and it comes equipped with a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, dual camera rear, 8MP front-facing selfie camera, 5.84-inch display with a screen resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and it is powered by a 3000mAh non-removable battery.
Other than that, the main selling point for the phone is that Xiaomi will be offering free 4G data of up to 10GB a month for an entire year. However, based on GSMArena.com’s statement, it is unsure whether there are any terms and conditions to abide to in order to receive the free data. Do take note that is there is no news on when the Mi Play will be sold outside of China and I highly doubt that Xiaomi will also offer free data.
