If you haven't heard, Xiaomi is apparently running a poll on Weibo right now asking fans if they would like a 4-inch display smartphone or not. The poll has not ended yet, but within 12 hours the opinion is almost evenly split with the majority preferring a bigger smartphone as opposed to the 4-inch version.
A little history lesson here, there was one time that we thought Xiaomi would be introducing a smaller Mi 5s before the phone made the debut a few weeks back, rumours back then were about the smaller phone - dubbed as the Xiaomi Small featuring NFC and Xiaomi Mi Pay, other than that, information was scarce. On the other hand, according to Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun, the only Xiaomi product left for this year is the Mi Note 2 and he's making himself involved with the overall design as well. While we won't be seeing a 4-inch Mi Note 2 (lol, that's just crazy), but don't be surprised if the 4-inch Xiaomi phone will appear alongside with it.
