Xiaomi has recently uploaded a promotional image on their official weibo account stating that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, which is due to be released on 29 March 2021, will come with IP68 water and dust resistance. But that’s not all, the image also hinted that the device can be submerged up to 1.5m in depth for up to 30 minutes.

As for the tech specs, previous rumours hinted that the smartphone will come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 16GB RAM, up to 512GB ROM, 6.81-inch display, as well as a 5000mAh internal battery that supports up to 67W fast charging. Camera-wise, it has a 50MP + 48MP + 48MP rear camera while the front has a 20MP selfie camera.

But that’s not all, it seems that the smartphone in question is also equipped with a secondary display at the rear which will most likely be utilized while taking selfies. However, do take the rumours with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Xiaomi has yet to provide an official statement on the leak.

Not only that, but there’s also no news on the Malaysia release date, local pricing, and exact tech specs for now.
