Yesterday, it was reported that Xiaomi could be working on a premium tablet to rival Apple's iPad Pro. But that's not the only tablet the company is working on. Based on various speculations, there could be up to four Xiaomi tablets with Snapdragon chipsets this year.

According to Gizchina, two of them are variants of the Mi Pad 5 rumoured in February. It's said that these two models use an SM8250-based chipset, which includes the Snapdragon 865, 865+ or 870 chip. There will also be a model with an SM8150-based chipset, which includes the Snapdragon 855, 855+, and 860 chipsets.

However, none of them come with Qualcomm's most powerful flagship chipset for 2021 - the Snapdragon 888. Assuming there's really a premium Xiaomi tablet with the Snapdragon 888 chipset, that model could be a Mi Pad 5 Pro. In other words, Xiaomi could be launching as many as four Snapdragon-powered tablets this year. Anyway, it's said that all models will come with a high-end display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

Mind you, that's just our speculation, so please take it with a grain of salt. With that said, what are your thoughts on Android tablets in 2021? Would you be keen on getting one? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
