HUAWEI is developing a tri-fold screen phone but they are not the only company to do so. Rumour says Xiaomi could have the same idea. This device is expected to be part of the MIX series and its prototype could be shown at least next year during the annual MWC event.
For your information, it is not yet known about the design and what Xiaomi will offer on the device. If true as said this means we can expect significant changes in the foldable phone segment which will be given innovation and better technology in creating a more inclusive user experience.
In addition, HUAWEI's tri-fold screen phone became the talk of the town after it was used by Huawei Manager Ricard Yu on a plane. It is used in open mode with all three screens also open. A camera hole on the leftmost screen with a relatively thin device body is also used. It is similar to the prototype design that was shown by TCL in 2020.
As of now, we have yet to confirm the Malaysia release date or other details on the device. Hopefully, Xiaomi will reveal more information soon.
