Xiaomi could be gearing up to launch another smartphone soon. According to the source, the next device could be the Chinese company's first to have a 4K display, joining the Sony Xperia 1 III to bring such display tech specs.
The mysterious device with model number 2109119BC got spotted on TENAA recently. It sports a 6.55-inch OLED screen with a 3,840 x 2,160 resolution which directly pointing to a 4K display. However, the other specs of the device are somehow weird, as they're not what a flagship smartphone is expected to have.
The Xiaomi phone is listed alongside an octa-core chipset with a 2.4GHz clock. With that, the guess is on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G that has appeared on many other mid-range Xiaomi devices. The phone also packs up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, alongside a 64MP primary camera and two other 8MP shooters at the rear.
