Xiaomi announced its official participation in the Vision Gran Turismo project through the launch of the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo, an electric hypercar concept for the Gran Turismo 7 racing simulation platform, in collaboration with Polyphony Digital and Sony Interactive Entertainment.
Xiaomi is the first tech brand to join this project
For your information, this initiative makes Xiaomi the first technology brand to join the Vision Gran Turismo collection after receiving an invitation from the series' producer, Kazunori Yamauchi. It is the 51st concept vehicle in the program and marks Xiaomi as the 36th brand to join the project.

Moreover, this car was designed based on the philosophy of "sculpted by wind". The Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo features a teardrop-shaped cockpit integrated with a wavy body and comprehensive aerodynamic channels, including halo taillights that also function as air ducts.
Furthermore, the combination of the Active Wake Control System and Accretion Rims allows it to achieve a drag coefficient of 0.29, downforce of -1.2 and aerodynamic efficiency of 4.1 through repeated simulations that balance the low resistance and high downforce of an electric hypercar.

In addition, the interior introduces the “Sofa Racer” concept with a cocoon-shaped cabin that combines the dashboard, door panels and seats as a single unit supported by the Xiaomi Pulse system that interacts through light and sound and adapts the experience according to the driver's condition. It also integrates with Xiaomi's smart ecosystem "Human × Car × Home"
