Xiaomi launched the 48MP camera equipped Redmi Note 7 in China starting from ~RM603

Xiaomi has recently announced the launch of the Redmi Note 7 which comes equipped with a 48MP image sensor in the rear starting from the price of RMB999(~RM603) for the 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage, RMB1199(~RM724) for 4GB + 64GB and RMB1399(~RM844) for the 6GB + 64GB variant.

As for the tech specs, the device is running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, memory configuration mentioned above, 48MP + 5MP rear positioned camera sensor, 13MP front-facing selfie camera, 6.3-inch display with FHD+ resolution with up to 84% screen-to-body ratio, and a 4000mAh non-removable battery.

The Redmi Note 7 which comes equipped with the Quad-bayer filter further improves the image quality and exposure from the main sensor by compressing the image to a 4 to 1 ratio, producing a high-quality 12MP image. Exclusive to China, customers can add an additional RMB10(~RM6) to include a 9V/2A fast charger, which is able to fully charge the phone in only 1 hour and 43 minutes.
