Based on a statement by AndroidAuthority, it seems that Xiaomi recently uploaded a video onto their weibo account showcasing a smartphone that’s equipped with a telescopic lens that extends out of the body of the phone. While not much is known in regards to which smartphone will come equipped with the aforementioned technology, the video gives us a better idea on what to expect in the near future.
Based on our source, it seems that the new technology is able to improve light exposure by up to 300% while improving clarity by up to 20%. With that being said, we can expect the Xiaomi smartphone equipped with the extendable telescopic lens that’s capable of taking crystal clear and bright pictures even while zoomed in.
