Xiaomi recently revealed their new Mi TV 3 Android smart TV featuring a full aluminium frame. The 60-inch 4K resolution TV is powered by an MStar 6A928 flagship processor. No Malaysia pricing details yet but it will go on sale for RMB 4999 (RM 3349.70) starting from November 3 on Mi.com. The tech specs and features for the Mi TV 3 include:-

  • 1.4GHz quad-core MStar 6A928 flagship processor
  • 2GB DDR3 RAM
  • 8GB eMMC 5.0 Flash
  • 4K LG display (3840 x 2160 resolution, 85% NTSC colour gamut, 4K 60fps H-265 10-bit hardware decoding)
  • Equipped with voice search and voice remote control though MIUI TV operating system

The Mi TV 3 is made of two parts: a 60-inch LG true 4K screen display and a Mi TV Bar (where the motherboard is), a Mi Box and a world class independent sound system. It is only 11.6mm “thick” in diameter! It should be noted that the Mi TV Bar is able to pair itself with any TV that has a HDMI port, with a Mi Port-to-HDMI cable. Priced at RMB 999 (RM 669.40) only, users who wish to upgrade their TV can purchase it without really having to buy a brand new TV.

The Ninebot mini does not rely on a handle but a knee-high steering stick, using the latest Leansteer technology, it can detect the movement of the rider’s legs. Riders are able to control the movement of the Ninebot with a companion app too, not only giving the riders new ways to ride but a security platform as well. In “locked” mode, an alarm will go off if moved and the owner will be notified from the app.

Both the Mi TV 3 and Ninebot mini will be available in China starting November 3 on Mi.com. No specific Malaysia release dates yet, but if you're visiting China, this could be one thing you bring back with you.
