Xiaomi shares more details of upcoming flagship-level true wireless earbuds FlipBuds Pro

Besides smartphones, we should also watch out for Xiaomi's tech gadgets as the company is getting better at making them. Tomorrow, the Chinese tech company will be presenting a new pair of flagship-level true wireless buds called FlipBuds Pro. Before it happens, Xiaomi Group Vice President Chang Cheng has revealed some extra information regarding the upcoming audio tech gadget.

According to the images, the FlipBuds Pro will feature an in-ear design with adjustable rubber tips. For the charging case, it is oval-shaped and has a glossy black finish with an LED light in the middle for battery indication. Besides the design, the executive has also shared a few other screenshots of the setting menus. On the main page, users can see the battery level of each earbud and the charging case. There are also levels of active noise-cancelling to choose from.

Other than that, programmable gestures are available for single and double taps as well as left and right earbud separation for users who use only one earbud. The FlipBuds Pro can also detect when the users have taken them off to automatically pause the music. Other options include earplug fit detection to ensure optimal noise cancellation, lost mode to help users track their buds, and a low latency mode for gaming. One of the screenshots also shown support for AAC, SBC, and aptX audio codecs.
