Xiaomi is poised to release another new smartphone under its Redmi subbrand tomorrow (30 September 2022), the Redmi Note 11R 5G. Ahead of its launch, the Chinese tech company has released a few teasers regarding the phone, including some official renders and details of its specs sheet.
Taking to its official Weibo account, Redmi shared a poster of the back of the device in three colour variants; blue, grey and black. If the design looks quite familiar, this is because the Note 11R 5G is likely a rebrand of another Xiaomi subbrand device, the POCO M4 5G.
According to the Weibo post, the Note 11R 5G will feature a 90Hz screen, dual-SIM 5G and a 5000mAh battery. Well, as it’s just a teaser, those are the only official specs revealed by Redmi as of right now.
However, if the device is indeed a rebranded POCO M4 5G, then we can expect the Note 11R 5G to sport the MediaTek 700 SoC, a 6.58-inch 90Hz FullHD LCD display and 18W fast charging. As for the cameras, the POCO M4 5G featured a 5MP selfie camera and a 13MP main + 2MP depth dual-camera at its rear.
