Based on a statement by on Xiaomi's Twitter account, it seems that they are is planning on unveiling the Redmi Note 9 series on 30 April 2020 for the global market. But that’s not all, there is also a huge possibility that the Redmi Note 9 Pro, as well as the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max will be unveiled as well.
While not much is officially known in regards to the smartphone series, techradar has mentioned that it will come equipped with up to a Helio G85 chipset, 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of internal storage, 6.53-inch display as well as a 5020mAh internal battery. Camera-wise, we can expect to see a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP and a 13MP front-facing selfie camera.

With all that said, do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Xiaomi has yet to provide an official statement in regards to the leaked tech specs. Not only that, but there is no info on the Malaysia release date and local pricing of the Redmi Note 9 series for now.
