It seems that Yahoo has recently unveiled the Yahoo Lite app which can be downloaded via the Google Play Store starting from today onwards. The difference between the base app compared to the Lite is that the latter only takes up 1MB of space while maintaining the core functionality of the app.
Furthermore, it seems that Yahoo plans on adding more functionality and features while keeping the size of the app to a minimum. With that said, if you’re interested in trying out Yahoo’s Lite app, you can download it via the Google Play Store if you own an Android device.
