For your information, when you have updated the Xbox app on your PC and logged into your Steam, Epic and Battle.net accounts, the games already installed on your computer will be listed in the My Library tab immediately.
Additionally, these accounts will also need to be active in the background before they can be played. This is important for the DRM verification purposes. You can update your Xbox app today to use this feature.
