There is still some time before we can get our hands on Android Q, but for those who prefer the simple and smaller things like Android Go, you'd be pleased to know that you can actually download it now and install that version on your regular Android phone!
Previously, Android Go is the perfect solution for entry-level smartphones due to its small memory capacity and it was only available in selected regions (such as Malaysia). Now since it's possible to get it on your Android smartphone (like any), you can just visit the page right here and install it. The app package is just over 7MB!
In case you're wondering, Android Go retains several Google apps such as the popular Search engine, Google Lens, Translate and more, but in a simplified manner so it loads faster. It's also said that even if you have a weak connection, Android Go apps will still function seamlessly.
