Recently, Instagram made it possible for you to edit your comment within 15 minutes. So, what should you know about it?

 

You can edit the comment indefinitely within 15 minutes

For your information, Comments can be edited by the owner within 15 minutes of being left. Comments can be edited indefinitely during that quarter-hour period. Other users can see that the comment has been edited but the original message cannot be seen, as is done in X.

Only the text of the comment can be edited. If the comment contains text and images, the images cannot be removed or replaced. For those who often make mistakes, you can now retract less sensitive comments within 15 minutes. However, do keep in mind that if someone screenshots the comment before it is edited and spread on the net, that could be a problem.
