It's a known fact that you can use your Touch 'n Go eWallet overseas now. But today, the company just announced that if you use your TNG eWallet Visa card in foreign countries, you get to enjoy 2% cashback and 1% cashback for spending online overseas travel plans and shopping.
On the official news portal, the campaign period has already begun on the first day of July and it will last until 31 December 2024. The portal also listed specific details on how you can enjoy your cashback. For example, international in-store payments can be made physically over a POS Terminal and the 2% cashback will be credited after a completed transaction.
On top of that, there is also a table of merchant category codes that are not eligible for the cashback reward. This includes petroleum, cash withdrawal transactions, eWallet top-ups, insurance payments and many, many more. You can just check out the official table list below:
