Boost today launched its integration with the world’s largest mobile gaming platform, Google Play which is powered by Boost’s cross-border payment platform. The new feature allows users to instantaneously purchase credits both on the Google Play Store and within the respective gaming and streaming apps through seamless and secure in-app transactions.

In a statement today, Boost said that this new integration allows all Android users across Malaysia to be “unstoppable” and enjoy uninterrupted gaming and streaming experiences on all Google Play Store apps. Boost Group CEO Sheyantha Abeykoon said that this new offering is part of the company’s continuous effort to enhance its offerings and clear hurdles for its users, merchants, and partners to fuel winning ambition and achieve unstoppable growth.

Besides that, as part of the launch, Boost is running a ‘Play To No End’ promotion from now until 31 January 2023. During this period, users who pay with Boost on Google Play Store and any Google Play Store apps can enjoy savings of up to RM10.

Specifically, the first RM5 will be given as a Google Play cashback when you make your first payment on Google Play Store and the second RM5 is in the form of Boost Partner Wallet credit upon making another payment in the following month. Of course, terms and conditions do apply and you can find out more via Boost’s official website here.

To activate Boost’s seamless in-app transactions, users must first link their Boost account to Google Play and then add Boost as their preferred payment method. As such can be done through the Boost app via this link or directly within users’ respective Google Play profiles under ‘Payments and Subscriptions’.
