Finally, text and stickers can be placed in pictures uploaded to Instagram. Previously this feature could only be done on photos and videos placed in Stories. This feature has been requested by users for a long time. Now, you no longer need to use a third-party photo editing application to put text on a photo.
To apply these two features to a picture, just press the text button after you select a photo from the gallery. You can add stickers by pressing the gallery button in the upper right corner of the screen. Tap on the sticker to change it from a rectangle to a square, circle, heart or star shape.
Besides that, you will also get new fonts, animations and special effects that can be used in Reels and Stories. Finally, Instagram also announced a feature supporting up to 20 photos on the photo carousel that can now be used by all after it was announced more than two weeks ago.
