You can now share passwords with your family in Google Password Manager

Today, Google launched a new Google Play service update for Google Password Manager. Starting today onwards, users can now share their passwords with their family members securely via the function. It can be done on Google Chrome and Android. 

Before you can share the password, your Google account will need to be linked to Chrome and Android first. It's currently not available on Chrome for desktop yet, though, so is for mobile usage for now. After sharing the password with one of your family members, a copy of that will be saved into your Google Password Manager. 

As the name suggests, you can only share the password with your family members, not for people outside of your household. Also, the saved passwords are limited to up to six family members. Besides that, Google has updated several features on the Google Play Store which can be seen in the image below.
