Starting 28?July?2025, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can stream over 250 games they already own directly through the Xbox PC app.
This new feature allows users to play console and PC titles from their library without downloading them, offering more convenience for gamers in supported markets.
What happened
The July 2025 Xbox update introduces several useful features focused on expanding cloud gaming capabilities for PC users. Most notably, players can now stream eligible games from their own libraries through the Xbox app on Windows.
This applies to titles across generations, including original Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S games, provided they are supported via Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta).
The Xbox app has also been updated to show recent gameplay history across devices. Whether you switch between console and PC, the app now helps you pick up right where you left off.
This unified experience improves cross-device continuity and makes game tracking much easier.
In addition, Microsoft Rewards has been integrated into the Xbox PC app. Eligible users aged 18 and above can now view their points balance, complete quests, and claim rewards directly from the app’s homepage.
This integration makes it more convenient to earn and redeem rewards without leaving the app.
These features are currently rolling out in regions where Xbox Cloud Gaming is available. At the time of writing, Malaysia does not yet have access to Xbox Cloud Gaming, but Malaysian gamers may see availability expand in the future.
