For the longest time, Apple has always allowed trade-ins for older iPhones by customers. But it was only available in foreign countries until now in Malaysia. On Apple Malaysia's website, a new Trade-In program silently went live and here's what you should know.

Besides trading in your old iPhone, the Apple Watch, iPad, Mac and other Apple products can also be traded. Apple Malaysia also provided a list of eligible iPhones that you can trade and the value can go up to RM3900. Of course, the new credit can only be used on new Apple products and it seems that you will need to send your old device by courier or dropping off at a location.

With the new Apple Store coming soon at The Exchange TRX, it's possible to have the Trade-In program physically there instead of doing it online in the future. Below are some more images on the value that you can get out of trading a particular Apple product for your reference:

If you have other Apple accessories to trade in, you can do so too. This includes cables, cases, monitors and others. To learn more information about Apple Malaysia's Trade-In program, you can check out the FAQs section at the bottom of the page right here.
