
Google now offers a variety of methods for users to search for things on the web. Recently, Google Lens been upgraded with a new feature. So, what should you know about it?
For your information, Google Lens now lets you record short videos to perform searches. The first search result is a summary by Search Labs | AI Overview which is quite good at identifying objects, brands and categories. It’s like a simplified version of the video search feature chatting with an AI chatbot.

If you open Google Lens on Android and hold down the shutter button, it'll record a short video that you can ask a question about.

This video search with Google Lens features Gemini as it is quick to provide quite helpful feedback. However, it is not certain if this feature is only available with a Google One AI Premium subscription. This feature is seen to have been gradually distributed to all users and is no longer limited to certain devices and platforms.
