If you watch a lot of YouTube, you may have noticed some of its new features. These were previously in a kind of soft launch, so not everyone could access them. But TeamYouTube has officially launched three of its new features.

First up is Clips, it allows you to 'clip' 5-60 second sections of a YouTube video or live-stream and share it. Subs-only chat lets you configure how long a user needs to be subscribed to your channel to send messages. Finally, Poll allows channels to set up impromptu viewer polls during a live stream.

Of course, there are a few things to note. First, Clips is only available to channels with at least 1000 subscribers. Anyone can make a clip, but Subs-only chat and Polls are features meant for channel owners. In particular, the new Polls will appear directly appear in the live chat window.

Have you tried using any of these new features? Let us know what you think of their usefulness so far in the comments! Also, stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
