What's better than an iPhone 15 Pro Max? Well, it's not the iPhone 16 Pro Max because that's not available yet. But there are two YouTubers who felt that making the world's largest iPhone would be the coolest thing and got to show off their work recently.

To be exact, the two YouTubers built a 6.74-foot tall replica of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Matthew Perkins (DIY Perks) and Arun Maini (MrWhoseTheBoss) worked on this project for over a year, with the latter commissioning the project. Maini mentioned the project some years ago, promising to build the world's largest iPhone when his channel's subscriber count surpassed Apple's. As he approached that milestone, he asked Perkins to help with the project.

The replica is a working model, complete with a touch-capable screen made from an 88-inch LG OLED TV. A touchscreen layer is glued on top of the display with clear glue. The next step was building the frame, adding the internal components (motherboards, power supply, cooling fans, etc), before putting in the finishing touches like attaching the screen to the frame.

We won't explain all the steps involved as that would spoil the video but suffice to say it's an incredible piece of engineering that won a Guinness World Record. So, what do you think of the massive iPhone 15 Pro Max? Pretty cool, no? Drop your comments on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
