The ZTE Axon 7 is already being sold in Malaysia, and we hope that ZTE will be bringing in this new model to the market soon. The ZTE Axon 7 Max does not share much design with its older brother, but it brings to the table a couple of new and innovative features in a phone that is half the price of most flagships.

Specs wise, the Axon 7 Max is no screamer. It has a 6-inch 1080p panel, 2.0 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 chipset, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage plus a microSD card, and a 4100 mAh battery. Big screen and big battery combo should sell well here.

The smartphone also boasts a dual rear camera setup with two 13 MP units (one for depth of field) that take advantage of a laser autofocusing system. That's not the only arrow in its multimedia quiver, though, as it also has a dedicated AK4962 hi-res audio chip, and a "Naked 3D" display layer that lets you watch 3D content without special glasses.

If you are interested with this phone, it will be selling at USD 440, or about RM 1848 ringgit. Stay tuned to TechNave for more information on the ZTE Axon 7 Max.
