ZTE Malaysia today announced the release of the ZTE Blade V40 Design, its latest offering in the affordable smartphone segment. Featuring a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with an FHD+ resolution, read on to find out the full specs and features of the device.
Under the hood, the Blade V40 Design features an octa-core Unisoc Tiger T616 SoC paired with 6GB of RAM. There’s also a feature to virtually expand the RAM by up to 5GB by utilising its 128GB storage.
As for imaging, the smartphone sports a 50MP main + 2MP macro + 2MP depth triple-camera setup at its rear. Meanwhile, the front features an 8MP selfie camera housed inside the display’s water drop-style notch.
Powering the device is a 4500mAh battery with support for 22.5W charging. Other notable specs include a thickness of 7.98mm, NFC, USB-C, a 3.5mm audio jack, Android 12 via MyOS 12, a microSD card slot and colour options of Starry Back and Sky Blue.
In Malaysia, the Blade V40 Design is available for pre-order starting from 25 February until 3 March 2023 at RM649.
