Today, the airasia Superapp just announced three big promotions for its app. As part of its support towards the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living’s Payung Rahmah initiative, customers can have a chance to get up to RM50 off when flying or RM1 rides with terms and conditions.

According to airasia, the RM1 Ride is only eligible for five hotspots - Putrajaya & Cyberjaya (as one combined area), Bukit Bintang, Bandar Sunway, Bangsar South and Mont Kiara. The promo can be used every weekday (Monday to Friday) from 12 PM onwards and is applicable for the first 3000 bookings per day. However, the minimum travel booking must be RM5. That being said, it was also confirmed by an airasia spokesperson that RM4 is deducted for a ride and RM1 is the lowest it can go, as advertised in the image below.

The hotel booking can be at any destination, whereas the RM50 off flight is for any international destination via its ts OTA (online travel agent platform) separately. The RAHMAH50 promo period is from 18 July until 30 September 2023.

The Payung Rahmah initiative with airasia Superapp was launched today by Yang Berhormat Datuk Seri Salahuddin bin Ayub, Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living during a press conference in airasia Superapp’s headquarters in KL Sentral. Also in attendance were Tan Sri Tony Fernandes, CEO Capital A, Mohamad Hafidz Mohd Fadzil, acting CEO of airasia Superapp, and Lim Chiew Shan, Regional CEO of airasia ride.
