airasia ride drivers now can apply for full-time & earn up to RM3500 base income per month

That's right, you can now get a proper job as an e-hailing driver and surprisingly, AirAsia is the first company to implement that. It will take effect from 1 October 2022, whereby airasia ride drivers can apply for the Full-time Drivers program.

Over at airasia's newsroom, Full-time Drivers can earn a monthly base income of up to RM3500 including fuel benefits. Moreover, they can also have an opportunity to earn a total income of up to RM8000 with additional driver incentives schemes. Other employee benefits also include EPF, SOCSO, medical coverage (including family members), annual leave, and other travel benefits like discounted staff rates for AirAsia flights

On top of that, Full-time Drivers will be granted priority jobs for airport pick-ups and drop-offs. During the announcement, Tony Fernandes, Captial A CEO said that he felt it was the right thing to do as he emphasized putting people first. Just so you know, airasia delivery riders also have full-time jobs.
