A few months ago, the Minister of Finance Dato’ Sri Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz announced that the government have approved the e-PENJANA program. This program was initiated by the government to cooperate with the private companies, each of the groups was allocated RM750 million and the program has successfully raised a total of RM1.5 billion.
According to sources, the government is going to distribute RM50 (credit) + RM50 (discount voucher and cashback) to every Malaysian e-wallet user. Starting from 31 July, 1.5 million e-wallet users across the country will be receiving this benefit. The term and conditions to enjoy this privilege are that you have to be 18 years old and above, earning below RM100,000 annual income, register the MySejahtera App, and last but not least, having a Boost or Touch’n Go e-wallet account.

On the other hand, there’s good news for bubble-tea lovers. Tealive is going to give out a RM3 discount coupon to every Touch’n Go e-wallet and Boost user as long as they spend a minimum of RM13 per transaction.
