Today, honor 8X has made its way into the Malaysia market and coming in 4GB + 128GB (blue and black, no red yet) variant, the price of the newest mid-range device is RM949 and it will be available at its online store and Shopee today (9 October 2018). However, those who purchase it on the first special online sales on 12 October 2018 will receive a complimentary flipcase, gift box and a RM 100 voucher.
Unfortunately, its brother, the honor 8X Max didn't make it here but honor Malaysia will probably release it some time in the future. Anyway, the honor 8X is the first to equip the octa-core Kirin 710 processor, also with the 6.5-inch display, it has achieved a screen-to-body ratio up to 91% and other details that are mentioned below. Welp...the notch is here to stay. That said, the 16MP front camera has 8 scene recognitions as well as semantic image segmentation just like the honor 10. Nice!
The back is beautifully designed! Check out that reflection!! The reflection reminds me very much of the Sapphire Blue Huawei P10 Lite
