So it's official, the honor 8X was just confirmed by honor and we just got new information on the tech-specs. According to the new information by TENAA, the honor 8X will be honor's biggest display ever. How big? Well, it's not 6-inch, but a humongous 7.12-inch display.

Under the code name ARE-AL00, the TENAA lists that the honor 8X's resolution is going to be 2244 x 1080 on the 7.12-inch screen panel. Surprisingly, what we all thought (and hoped) that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 that was rumoured last week is not going to make it anymore, as it will be replaced by a Snapdragon 636 instead clocking in at 1.8GHz. Also, it seems that honor will be jumping on the Waterdrop notch too.

In addition to that, there will be two different memory models which are a 4GB + 64GB and a 6GB + 128GB. honor will also integrate quad-cameras, with two on each side with the following 16MP + 2MP on the back, then a 24MP + 2MP on the front just like the latest Huawei Nova series. The battery is a big one too, packing up to 4900mAh.

With the teaser image already out, we can expect it to be released within a couple of weeks. Until then, stay tuned for more honor news at TechNave.com.
