If you are eager for new features on your Apple devices, the company has just released a new update that will do just that. The iOS 13.6 update has gone live and adds new features for iOS and iPadOS devices, as well as fixing some issues. Specifically, the new update comes with features to the Health app and adds support for digital car keys.

The update is a fairly large one at 385.8MB to download and install, so you probably want to do this when you're not actively using your phone. With iOS 13.6, you'll now be able to unlock, lock and start your car using your iPhone. If you lose your device, the digital key can be removed via iCloud, eliminating the chance of your car being stolen. There's also the Power Reserve feature that lets you unlock or start your car for up to 5 hours after iPhone battery goes out.

As for the Health app, Apple has added a new category of symptoms that can be detected like fever, chills, coughing and more. Your device will now be able to log these symptoms and share them with third-party apps that are used to monitor your health or for contact tracing. The symptoms are recorded through features like cycle tracking and ECG, so that means the update applies to compatible Apple Watch devices.

Speaking of Apple updates, watchOS 6.2.8 was also released and you need to update your Apple Watch to this version to use the new Health features.
