It seems that the new Apple iOS 13 update has been causing issues among mobile gamers who play titles such as PUBG Mobile, Fortnite Mobile, and more. This is due to the fact that placing two fingers or more on the screen, and moving it around causes a new text editing bar to pop up which messes with the input from the user.
The introduction of the text editing bar was mean to aid users when it comes to modifying text on a document, or easily select and copy selected text on a webpage. Based on a statement by theverge.com, it is best to wait for the iOS 13.1 update due to the fact that the issue seems to be resolved.
