With the release of the Apple iPhone 15 series this month, we would usually get a timeline of when the next iOS software update will come. While Apple was quiet about this, its official website has revealed the launching date.
In the iOS 17 preview page, the next software update is scheduled to roll out on 19 September 2023 so that's very soon. On the other hand, iPadOS 17 and watchOS 10 will also be released on the same date but as for Mac users, they will have to wait a bit longer. macOS Sonoma will be available on 27 September.
There will be a lot of new features on iOS 17 such as personalised upgrades for Phones, FaceTime, Messages and many more. Also, during the Apple Event, the company revealed a cool new watchOS 10 feature that allows the user to do a name drop from watch to watch instantly.
