A few hours ago, Jia Jingdong, Vice President of Vivo Brand and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy confirmed the existence of the iQOO 13. Not only that, he also confirmed three key tech specs on his Weibo post.
In a rather lengthy post, he confirmed that the iQOO 13 will be equipped with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon flagship chipset. He didn't say the name but mentioned that the Internet is dubbing it the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition. It appears to have higher clocking speeds, close to "PC-level configuration" and a "performance beast".
To adjust the performance, the Snapdragon chip is collaborated with MediaTek's Blue Crystal technology (becoming Blue Crystal x Snapdragon for the first time). This is the same technology that happened on select phones with Dimensity chips so that it will bring more performance and control power consumption at the same time. In addition, heat dissipation is also integrated with a 13-layer graphene, 7K ultra-large vapour chamber to cool the iQOO 13.

Besides that, other confirmed features are the 2K Q10 OLED display with TÜV Rheinland certification and a large 6,150mAh battery with 120W ultra-fast charging technology. This is iQOO's biggest battery pack to date and the company seems to be going all-in with it.
No official date has been announced yet but we expect more details to come after Qualcomm announces its latest flagship chipset. Until then, stay tuned for the official launch news at TechNave.com.
