
Today, the iQOO Neo 10 has finally been launched in Malaysia with two models. The two local memory sets are 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB, at the price of RM1,999 (online exclusive) and RM2,199, respectively.
Availability and first sale promotions
The official first sale has begun today (5 June) at 4 PM until 9 July 2025. Interested customers can purchase the new iQOO Neo 10 through the company's official Shopee, Lazada, vivo E-Store, and TikTok Shop platforms.
Coinciding with the Shopee 6.6 Lagi Murah Sale (5 June, 8 PM to 14 June, 7:59 PM), iQOO is offering special launch promotions via its Official Shopee Mall store, in collaboration with accessory brand Ugreen. Buyers of the iQOO Neo 10 5G (12+256GB) during the promotion will receive:

- 1-year extended warranty
- 180-day screen crack protection
- Free Ugreen gifts (Smart Finder, Earphones Case, or Type-C to C Cable)
- Total value: up to RM1,504
Meanwhile, the 16+512GB variant includes:

- iQOO Buds 1i

These launch bundles are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, customers can also enjoy add-on deals with their Neo 10 purchase, including:

The tech spec details

As we reported before, the iQOO Neo 10 comes with a new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and the company's own Supercomputing Chip Q1 for mobile gaming, which can support up to 144 FPS on select mobile games. The biggest highlight is a 7,000mAh silicon BlueVolt battery that supports 120W FlashCharge technology.
Additionally, the Neo 10 also sports a 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2,000 nits peak brightness, 4,320Hz PWM Dimming and DC-like dimming. On the back, it features a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS and also incorporates a suite of AI-powered features, such as smart editing.
Lastly, the phone includes an IP65 water and dust resistance, Shield Glass, a military-grade drop resistance certification and runs on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15.
