iQOO has revealed that it will be launching the much anticipated iQOO Z6 Series this 26 August 2022. Set for unveiling in an event at 7.30 pm local time in China, the tech company has also revealed official images of the smartphone via its official Weibo account.

However, things do get a bit complicated as iQOO has already released a Z6 5G, Z6 Pro 5G and Z6 44W in India, but the models that will be launched in China would be different from these models. According to GizmoChina, the Z6 Series in China will feature two models, namely the Z6 and Z6x.

Based on the poster shared by iQOO, the Z6 will feature a triple-camera setup with one sensor being significantly bigger than the other two. Moreover, it would be offered in shades of blue, orange and black based on the Weibo post, though they may also be other colour variants that are not shown.

The poster also showed that the smartphone will have OIS support for its cameras. Based on rumours, the Z6 Series will sport a 120Hz IPS LCD display and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus SoC.

iQOO has also confirmed that the device will support 80W fast charging. Both the Z6 and Z6x are now available for pre-order through vivo’s online store and Jingdong Mall in China ahead of its launch.
