realme 15 Pro 5G confirmed to feature a 7000mAh battery, 6500 nits 144Hz display and SD 7 Gen 4 SoC

As we've shared previously, realme confirmed that it is launching the successor to the popular realme 14 Series 5G in India soon, the realme 15 Series 5G. Comprising the realme 15 5G and realme 15 Pro 5G, the company has revealed details of the latter, so read on to learn more.

A microsite for the release is now up on the realme Indian website, revealing that it will launch on 24 July at 7pm local time. The microsite further announced key specs of the 15 Pro 5G, notably its massive 7000mAh battery, which supports 80W wired charging via the USB-C port. 

Meanwhile, the processor is confirmed to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. Screen-wise, it’s a 144Hz HyperGlow 4D Curve+ display with a whopping 6500 nits local peak brightness, 94% screen-to-body ratio, 2500Hz touch response and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

Other specs revealed include Smarter AI features such as the industry’s first AI Edit Genie, a 7.69mm thickness, an IP69 rating and colour options of either Flowing Silver, Silk Purple, Velvet Green or Silk Pink.

As for the vanilla 15 5G, realme has yet to reveal any specs except support for the same AI Edit Genie feature, though its rear design looked to be identical to the Pro variant.
