March was a full fuel month for realme with their new upcoming smartphones. From realme GT, realme GT Neo and realme 8 Pro. As of now we already confirm that the realme 8 Pro will be releasing soon in Malaysia, but today, we spotted another addition of the realme 8 Pro at GeekBench Benchmark which could be the realme 8 Pro 5G variant.

According to GeekBench Benchmark, the new realme device is codenamed as the RMX3161 that comes in with the Snapdragon 750G SoC. This chipset is found on the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, Galaxy M42 5G and the latest Galaxy A52 5G. For your information, although this chipset is below the Snapdragon 765G, it's still surpassed the other 4G midrange Qualcomm chipsets.

The realme 8 Pro 5G has a GeekBench scoring of 657 on the single core and 1940 in multicore scorings. As of now, we know it runs on Android 11 straight out of the box with realme UI 2.0. The listing also showed that it has 8GB of RAM. We are assuming it to have a similar tech specs as the lineup such as 108MP ISOCELL HM2 main camera, 65W charger and a 4500mAh battery.

Either way, there is no official confirmation of the Malaysia releasing dates yet, so do take this with a pinch of salt. But we are not expecting it to be out on time together with the realme 8 Pro series since it's too close to the date. So stay tuned for more tech news updates on TechNave.com.
