In another episode, realme is yet again releasing two more realme 8 variants called the realme 8i and realme 8s. The official launching date is confirmed too, the two phones will launch on 9 September 2021 in India first.
Little is known about the new realme 8 variants but the company has also confirmed that the realme 8i is sporting a MediaTek Helio G96 chipset and a 120Hz refresh rate technology. As for the realme 8s, this phone will be the first to feature a Dimensity 810 chipset. It is also noted that a Dynamic RAM Expansion will be featured on both phones.
Besides that, rumours have it that the realme 8s may be packing a 6.5-inch 90Hz display, a 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage, 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging technology, a 64MP main sensor and a 16MP front camera. The realme 8i could feature a 6.59-inch display, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, 5000mAh battery, 16MP front camera and a triple rear camera that consists of a 50MP (main) + 2MP (macro) + 2MP (depth).
