realme Buds Air 2 Malaysia release: features ANC and IPX5, priced at RM199

Today, realme Malaysia has released the realme Buds Air 2 in Malaysia. Priced at just RM199, the new pair of wireless earbuds' first sale will begin on 3 April 2021 at all authorized dealers and realme Brand Stores. As for online, it will be available from 8 April (12 AM) only at Lazada.

The realme Buds Air 2 TWS earphones now have Active Noise Cancellation and they don't look too different from the predecessors. According to realme Malaysia, the ANC can reach up to 25 dB which effectively blocks out most surrounding sounds. Plus, it also has a Dual Mic Noise Cancellation for making a network call.

The battery life is better now at 80% and the latency has been reduced by 35%. It's able to play up to 5 hours of music playback and a total of 25 hours with the charging case. On paper, the sound quality should be better since it's installed with a new 10mm Diamond-class HiFi driver. It also has IPX5 grade for sweat and rain resistant, so you can bring it for jogging.

The realme Buds Air 2 is available in Closer Black and Closer White, which is inspired by The Chainsmoker's hit-single Closer.
