As we reported a few days ago, the realme C71 has finally arrived in Malaysia. It is the company's latest entry-level smartphone and is priced at only RM499.
The Local Set Details
The C71 is available in one memory configuration, which is 6GB + 128GB. 6GB is RAM may not be a lot for phones these days, but it can be boosted up to 18GB of Dynamic RAM. As an entry-level phone, it is powered by a UNISOC T7250 chipset.
Despite the entry-level tier power, one of the C71’s standout features is its 6,300mAh battery, with 45W fast charging and 6W reverse charging support. The phone was built to handle rough conditions as well, with military-grade shock resistance that protects it from falls of up to 1.5 metres.
Besides that, the C71 features a 6.67-inch HD+ 120Hz display with a 5MP front camera, while the primary rear camera is 50MP with AI features. Speaking of AI, the phone also has several AI-powered tools, such as noise reduction during calls, automatic face enhancement in photos, image editing tools and even Google Gemini and Circle to Search.
First Sales Promotion
Available in Forest Owl and White Swan, the first sales will begin on 13 June until 12 July 2025. During this period, customers can redeem a screen protector and a 1-year extended warranty, which are worth RM169. Interested customers can visit their nearest realme Brand Stores and authorised dealers, as well as the company's official Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Stores.
